Registration deadline: June 5, 2026 The scientific committee's decisions will be communicated by March 16, 2026
Financial aid application deadline: May 15, 2026 Use the registration form to apply for a partial conference fee waiver. Accepted speakers and students are automatically considered for a waiver. We cannot waive the price of the conference dinner. The committee's decision will be communicated as soon as possible and no later than May 25, 2026.
LATER: We will send you an email with instructions to submit your payment using the framework provided by the travel agency Berg-Hansen. Your registration fee gives you full access to all talks, materials, and coffee breaks throughout the conference.
Early bird payment deadline: April 13, 2026 Discounted fee of 4000 NOK, or about 340 EUR, 400 USD
Payment deadline: June 5, 2026 Regular fee of 5000 NOK, or about 420 EUR, 500 USD
Conference dinner charged separately at 895 NOK, or about 75 EUR, 89 USD, per person.
Lodging information. We have secured discounted rates with partner hotels nearby.
Attend the conference. We are looking forward to welcoming you in Narvik, Norway on June 15-19, 2026! After receiving your payment, we will send you all the relevant information. A check-in desk will be available to provide you with your badge, conference materials, and orientation.
Submit a paper to the proceedings. If you give a talk at the conference, we will send you more information about publishing as soon as the information becomes available. Most of this process will be handled after the summit through the EasyChair system. Publication in the proceedings is optional. We intend to publish a volume of conference proceedings, and all speakers will have the option of submitting their paper for its rigorous refereeing and publication. Note it is also possible to present ongoing work by submitting non-archival abstracts. More information will be posted as it becomes available.
