Learn to identify unmet needs and translate your research findings into validated innovation opportunities.

Do you have research results that you think might end up as an innovation? Or are you working in an applied research field and want to be better prepared when the possibility of commercialization arises?

Then InnoHub’s Research Innovation Bootcamp in November could be something for you! No prior start up or innovation experience is required.

During the Bootcamp you will:

  • build career-boosting skills in innovation, leadership, and pitching!
  • develop your own innovation project, from early idea to pitch-ready!
  • get feedback from an expert panel!

Bernd Striberny
- The program covers tools for analyzing societal needs and the market, sheds light on various innovation-related aspects of your technologies, prototype development, and some intellectual property rights. It also gives you the opportunity to develop your pitching skills, become more familiar with UiT’s innovation ecosystem, and expand your network with new colleagues who share your interests, says InnoHub Director Bernd Striberny. Kjell H. Halvorsen
- I have during my career come across situations where I thought we needed a new way of doing things, or a new product to solve a challenge. So learning about innovation processes is something I think everybody who works with research and development should do, said professor and now head of the Department of pharmacy Kjell H.
