Presentation by Celia Souque, PhD ECDC EUPHEM Fellow, The Norwegian Institute of Public Health (Folkehelseinstituttet).
Celia is currently an ECDC fellow in public health microbiology at FHI. Alongisde this fellowship, she is a researcher specializing in the evolutionary biology of AMR, particularly plasmids and mobile genetic elements.
Before moving to Norway and FHI, she completed her PhD with Craig MacLean at the University of Oxford on integrons and a postdoc with Michael Baym at Harvard Medical School on plasmids.
