At this seminar, we focus on what a teaching portfolio is and discuss why a teaching portfolio should be developed. In addition, attention will be given to how to get started with your own portfolio. This requires a review of the requirements for educational competence, where participants also highlight their own teaching experience and reflect on how these competence requirements can reflect their own practice. Approximately 1 ½ - 2 hours should be allocated for preparation.
