Celebration of the Sámi National Day - Lunch Concert with Ensemble Oscar

We are marking the Sámi National Day in the cafeteria on Thursday, February 6th.

• Free lunch concert with Ensemble Oscar: 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM
• Speeches
• The cafeteria will be selling traditional sami food; reindeer stew with mashed potatoes and also wraps with reindeer and lingonberry cream
• The University Library will have an exhibition featuring literature on Sámi topics

February 6th is also the Sun Day in Narvik, and there will be free "solboller" (sun buns) for everyone visiting the cafeteria! If we’re lucky, we might see the sun peek out from behind the mountains through the stunning panoramic view.

Please arrive early to secure your seat before the concert starts at 11:30 AM.
