De kan være både vakre og farlige – og de forteller oss en spennende historie om jordens krefter og utvikling. Hvorfor spruter noen vulkaner lava høyt til værs, mens andre bygger store, nesten flate landskap? Og hva kan en stein du holder i handa egentlig avsløre om jordas indre?
Søndag 7. september kl. 12–15 markerer vi Geologiens Dag, og både lek, undring og læring står på programmet:

Why do some volcanoes shoot lava high into the sky, while others build broad, almost flat landscapes? And what can a simple stone in your hand really reveal about the Earth’s interior?
